"About nine years ago I walked into Terence’s office because I had just moved to Arizona & needed to switch my out-of-state insurance. His was the first State Farm office I saw once I started working in downtown Phoenix, so I just walked straight in & got it all done. He’s moved out to 16th St, and I no longer work downtown, but I keep my insurance with him because every time I need to work an issue, he & his staff leave me happy. That’s through multiple rental policies, buying a home, buying a car, and getting a family member their first auto insurance with their first car. Top-notch service here."

"Worst agency ive dealt with.. They never answer phones. Unprofessional. And very forgetful. Made my morgage go up because of there mistakes and not sending out refunds when i cancelled."
